The Role
As the Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in the growth of GAIN by serving as the frontline in lead generation and relationship-building. You will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers, you\'ll be the driving force in lead generation and building relationships that set the stage for success. You\'ll be contributing to our North American expansion, building on our success in the UK, Mainland Europe and Asia. Pay range - The typical hiring range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 annually. annually which includes both base salary and performance-based bonus components. The exact mix between base and bonus will be determined based on role-related skills, knowledge, and experience. This range reflects our commitment to our compensation philosophy, internal equity, and comes with a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
