Job Description

We are seeking an experienced QA specialist to lead testing efforts for our systems and applications. The role requires a strong background in quality assurance, test management, and experience in banking or financial domain.

Responsibilities

• Define goals and measurement plans for software process performance in accordance with business objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end test management (Agile and waterfall), including test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Compile and interpret test reports, and analyze system performance.
• Conduct system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting of software applications.
• Develop and maintain automated API and UI tests using tools such as ReadyAPI, SoapUI, Katalon, or Selenium.
• Integrate automated tests into the Continuous Integration framework and version control systems.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6‑8 years of experience in QA, test lead, or senior QA analyst roles.
• Strong knowledge of HP ALM Quality Center, Confluence, JIRA, and other testing tools.
• Experience with Agile methodology, SDLC, test concepts and metrics.
• Proficiency in API testing (ReadyAPI/SoapUI), automated UI testing (Katalon/Selenium), and programming in Java, Groovy, or related languages.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Postman, Jenkins, SQL Developer.
• Background in banking, payments or financial domain is required.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Knowledge of French language is a plus for UI testing.
