Job summary

A tech solutions company based in Toronto is seeking a Sr. Software Developer with expertise in customizing Dynamic CRM and building workflows. The candidate will be required to work hybrid, transitioning to fully onsite by January 2026. Responsibilities include translating specifications into CRM applications and troubleshooting technical issues. Experience with Power Apps and APIs is essential. This is a 7-month contract position offering a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience customizing Dynamic CRM, including Entities, Forms, Views, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboards.
• Proficient in building custom Dynamic CRM workflows and Microsoft Power Automate flows.
• Expertise in using CRM APIs for integration with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical system specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems encountered during the use of software packages.

Hybrid/On-site

- From October 20, 2025, the candidate is required to work onsite 4 days a week and 1 day from home

- From January 5, 2026, the candidate is required to work onsite 5 days a week fully

Contract 7 months

• Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
• Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages

Must-Have's:

• Experience Customization of Dynamic CRM, Entities, Forms, View, Reports, Ribbon, Menus, and Dashboard.
• Build and Custom Dynamic CRM Workflows, Plug-ins and Complex Microsoft Power Automates flows.
• Expert in customization of Power App, Power Pages
• Ability to utilize CRM APIs to integration with Enterprise systems
