Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction for housekeeping and laundry activities to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Clean bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floor surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and PPE.
• Strip and make beds, change bed linens; lift bedspreads weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly.
• Vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash.
• Ensure all electronic equipment and plumbing fixtures operate correctly.
• Perform daily room refreshment as per guidelines.
• Assist with inventory counts and controls.
• Maintain work areas clean and organized, restocking carts and linen areas.
• Adhere to departmental safety standards, including wet floor signage and use of biohazard containers when required.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Sign for room keys, retrieve, and push to assigned rooms; restock heavy carts.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned in housekeeping and laundry.
• Report damage or deficiencies to housekeeping leadership and maintenance departments.
• Handle lost and found in accordance with property policies.
• Assist coworkers to complete tasks as required and support front-of-house duties as assigned.
