As a Risk Services Technical Trainer at Northbridge, you’ll play a key role in shaping the development of our Risk Consultants through impactful training programs, technical guidance, and quality assurance support. • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in Risk Services with deep knowledge of risk assessments
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring in a technical setting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• CIP/FCIP designation (preferred)
• Bilingualism in English and French (an asset)
