Position Summary

The Risk Management Assistant will provide crucial support to our Risk Management team by assisting in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks that could impact the firm's operations, reputation, and financial health. Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Data & Documentation Support:
    • Assist in the collection, entry, and organization of risk-related data into central registers and databases.
    • Help prepare and maintain risk management reports, presentations, and dashboards for team review.
    • Support the documentation of risk assessment processes, control evaluations, and incident reports.
  • Administrative & Coordination Tasks:
    • Schedule and coordinate risk management meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to completion.
    • Manage and organize the team's digital filing system for risk policies, procedures, and reports.
  • Communication & Liaison:
    • Serve as a point of contact for basic internal risk management inquiries, demonstrating clear and professional communication.
    • Assist in the dissemination of risk policies, updates, and educational materials to staff across the organization.
    • Support the team in communicating risk findings and recommendations to various departments.
  • Compliance & Policy Monitoring:
    • Aid in monitoring compliance with internal risk management policies and external regulatory requirements.
    • Assist with the tracking of mandatory employee training completions related to risk and compliance.
