Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations at a high-growth software/SaaS company.
  • Experience scaling companies from ~$20M ARR to $50M+ preferred.
  • Proven track record improving forecast accuracy and revenue predictability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end revenue forecasting methodology.
  • Develop and maintain quota, coverage, and capacity models.
  • Partner with Finance to analyze client acquisition cost and sales efficiency.
