Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily retail operations in Canada. The role focuses on supervising store associates, merchandising, customer service, and store safety, with responsibilities spanning cash handling, inventory, and performance management.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in retail and 1–2 years in supervision, with strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and daily shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform cash management and opening/closing duties as needed.
• Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
• Assist with hiring and performance management.
