Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee merchandising, shelving, and daily shipments.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Handle manager-on-duty tasks (breaks, time, attendance).
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards.
• Perform cash management and opening/closing duties.
• Participate in inventory processes and employee training.
• Support hiring and performance management tasks.
