Job summary

Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. You will help manage daily tasks, oversee shipments, stock shelves, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Following up on assigned tasks.
• Conducting manager-on-duty tasks: tracking time, attendance, hiring and performance management.
