Job summary

Purdys Chocolatier in Cranbrook, BC, is seeking a Team Lead for our Tamarack Centre shop. This part-time, permanent role oversees merchandising, customer service, and daily store operations, reporting to Shop Management.

You will guide staff, engage customers, and help drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires availability across all shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Hours are estimated to be: 24 hours per week

Expected hourly pay range: $20.50 per hour

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Tamarack Centre. The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This is a position that requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
