Job summary

Purdys in Tamarack Centre is seeking a Shop Manager to drive profitability, oversee daily operations and lead retail staff.

You will recruit, train and schedule team members, maintain inventory, and partner with the Support Office to align with policies.

Open availability for days/evenings/weekends/holidays; passionate about chocolate and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

• At least two years of progressive management experience in a fast-paced retail/hospitality environment.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Shop Manager to join our shop in Tamarack Centre. The Shop Manager is responsible for achieving overall profitability, maintaining efficient shop operations, and providing effective leadership and management to the retail staff. This position serves as a liaison between the shop and the Purdys Support Office and positively supports its policies, programs and initiatives. Your success in this role will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This is a permanent fulltime position that requires open availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
