Purdys Chocolatier is seeking a Team Lead for our Capilano Mall shop in North Vancouver. This part-time, permanent position requires leadership to guide staff in merchandising, customer service, and daily shop operations, ensuring adherence to company policies. Hours are 24 per week with availability for weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Compensation is hourly and commensurate with experience.

Expected hourly pay range: $20.50-21.00 per hour

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Capilano Mall . The Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This is a position that requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays.
