Job summary

Purdys Chocolatier in Guelph, Ontario, is seeking a Team Lead for our Stone Road Mall shop. This permanent role focuses on coaching staff, merchandising, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead with energy, engage customers, and collaborate with Shop Management to ensure smooth operations while maintaining brand standards. Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Stone Road Mall. The team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This permanent part-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
