Purdys Chocolatier is seeking a Team Lead for Village Green Shopping Centre in Vernon, BC. This part-time, permanent role offers about 24 hours per week with an hourly pay of $20.00. You will guide staff, support merchandising and customer service, and ensure smooth shop operations under Shop Management.

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Village Green Shopping Centre. Team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will be guiding the staff, however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This is a position that requires availability for all types of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays. (minimum availability 4 days per week).
