Purdys Chocolatier in Brampton is seeking a proactive Team Lead for our Bramalea Centre shop. The role focuses on guiding staff, merchandising, and delivering a memorable customer experience while maintaining store policies.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to assist with leading towards success at our shop in Bramalea Centre. The team Lead reports to the Shop Management and works with them to ensure all functions relating to merchandising, customer service, and general shop operations are performed efficiently and according to the policies and guidelines of the company. You will guide the staff; however, you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline. Your success will come from your ability to engage with customers, drive sales, and work in a team environment.

This permanent part-time position requires availability for all types of shifts (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
