Job summary

Purdys Chocolatier in Toronto (Yonge and Bloor) is seeking a part-time Team Lead to drive shop performance in merchandising, service, and daily operations. Reporting to Shop Management, you will help guide frontline staff and ensure the brand experience stays welcoming and efficient.

This role requires a passion for chocolate, leadership in fast-paced environments, and availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hours: Approximately 24 hours per week

Rate of Pay: $20.25 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to help drive the success of our shop at Yonge and Bloor (Hudson's Bay Center).

Reporting to Shop Management, the Team Lead works closely with the leadership team to ensure all aspects of merchandising, customer service, and daily shop operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and standards.

As a Team Lead, you will support and guide the shop team while helping create memorable customer experiences that reflect the Purdys brand. While you will not be responsible for hiring or discipline, your success will come from your ability to inspire your team, connect with customers, and contribute to a positive and collaborative shop environment.

This permanent part-time position requires availability for a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
