Qualifications

• Approximately one year of relevant experience in the retail industry.
• At least one year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stock daily products on shelves.
• Climb ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Provide good customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Perform cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Follow up on assigned tasks.
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks including tracking breaks, time and attendance, and involvement in hiring and performance management.
