Dollarama in Saint-Pascal, QC is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the management team in daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain an organized, efficient store environment.

You will assist with staff supervision, schedule, cash handling, safety, and task follow-up, while developing leadership and teamwork skills in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexibility to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts, plus a commitment to training and performance management.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability including day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Customer service-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting the management team in managing store operations and staff.
• Boxing and unboxing daily shipments.
• Stocking daily products on shelves.
• Climbing ladders to reach all areas of the store.
• Providing good customer service and resolving customer issues.
• Ensuring store safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
• Following up on assigned tasks.
• Conducting manager-on-duty tasks: ensuring breaks, time and attendance are tracked and supporting hiring and performance management.
