Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Assist with staff management, merchandising, stocking, and shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Perform cash management, opening/closing duties, and safety standards.
• Hire and manage performance, maintain visual merchandising.
