You will help supervise staff, assist with hiring, and participate in performance management while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced setting in Ottawa, Ontario.

Qualifications

• About 1 year of relevant retail experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the management team in store operations and staff.
• Box/unbox daily shipments and stock shelves.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Perform cash handling and opening/closing duties.
• Conduct manager-on-duty tasks and track attendance.
• Support hiring and performance management processes.
