Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead store operations and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily store functions, manage staff, and drive sales growth in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance standards.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members.
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling, and balancing registers.
  • Implement pricing strategies, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate purchasing decisions and manage vendor relationships to optimize product assortment.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff and upper management to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements
