Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years retail and team management experience.
• Open availability including day, evening, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Lead and develop store staff to achieve goals.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness.
• Handle cash management and opening/closing.
• Provide performance feedback and assign tasks.
• Supervise hiring and performance management processes.
