Dollarama in Canada seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and hit sales targets. The role also covers acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key duties include staff management, merchandising, training, and ensuring store safety and visual standards. Open availability is required for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Competenze

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
