Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, and lead a team to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities include staff development, merchandising, cash handling, and opening/closing the store. The role requires at least two years in retail supervisory positions, with open availability across days, evenings, and weekends.

• Minimum of two years in a supervisory or management role.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily retail operations and staff management.
