Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Halifax to support daily retail operations, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence and guide a team through coaching, training, and performance management.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Full-time hours and ongoing training are provided in a competitive package.

Competenze

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
