Overview

Position: Regional General Manager – Retirement Operations at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill. Full‑time, based in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada. Salary $55,000–$60,000.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the restaurant budget, including food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
  • Modify food preparation methods and menu pricing to align with the budget.
  • Plan and organize daily operations.
  • Set staff work schedules.
  • Supervise and train staff.
  • Determine service types and implement operational procedures.
  • Balance cash, complete balance sheets and related reports.
  • Conduct performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
Qualifications
  • College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma in a 1‑2 year program.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • On‑site, no remote option.
Credentials
  • Smart Serve certification.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
