Salary: $57,595.20 per year (Full time, Permanent)

Working Hours: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Week‑end, Shift, Flexible hours

Overview

Oversee daily restaurant operations, manage a team of more than 20 staff, maintain inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Cost products and services
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
