A well-known mountain resort in Canada is seeking a Marketing Services & Production Specialist to oversee the production lifecycle of marketing assets. You will ensure quality and timely delivery of materials while managing workflows and vendor coordination. Ideal candidates will have a background in marketing or graphic production, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong organizational skills. This role requires a valid driver’s license and occasional weekend work, located in beautiful Sun Peaks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in production management, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong decision-making skills with ability to evaluate proofs and recommend solutions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle for all marketing assets.
• Manage routing, scheduling, and production workflows to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular audits to optimize guest experience and operational clarity.

Skills

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Production or a related field

3–5 years’ experience in production management or marketing coordination

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities

Strong interpersonal communication skills
