The Resident Support Aide (RSA) will be an integral member of the team. This position is responsible for but not limited to providing for the needs of residents, performing specific tasks in the care of the residents, and observing and reporting changes in the residents’ physical and emotional condition.

New employees will be required to complete a vulnerable sector check and TB test as part of the onboarding process.
