• Act as a key liaison between residents and management.
• Conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve services.
• Collaborate with vendors and local partners to offer perks.
• Oversee the maintenance and functionality of amenities.
• Assist new residents with onboarding.
• Maintain accurate resident records and support administrative tasks.
• Manage purchase orders, contractor scheduling, and marketing efforts.
• Respond professionally to resident inquiries.
• Recommend and implement service improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends.
