A senior care organization is seeking a Resident Care Attendant in Salmon Arm, BC. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities and personal care, ensuring high standards of support and interaction with seniors. Candidates must have a Health Care Assistant program diploma and be registered with the local health worker registry. The position offers a fulfilling work environment alongside a caring team.

The Resident Care Attendant reports to the Executive Director or the Director of Care and supports the implementation and evaluation of resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times.

Hours of work: 2 pm - 11 pm (2 on 5 off/3 on 5 off/2 on 4 off/3 on 5 off/2 on 4 off/3 on 4 off)

Wage: Levelling Salary: $29.83 per hour
