A leading public broadcaster in Canada is seeking an experienced Reporter/Editor to deliver compelling journalism across platforms. This full-time role requires on-site presence in Saint John and involves working collaboratively to produce original stories and breaking news. The ideal candidate should possess a journalism degree and excellent writing skills along with the ability to respond quickly to news and work effectively under pressure.
CBC New Brunswick seeks an experienced Reporter/Editor. In this role, you will deliver thorough, fact-checked, dynamic and compelling journalism to connect with audiences across all platforms. You will work as part of the CBC New Brunswick newsroom in collaboration with journalists across the three stations in the province to deliver news and current affairs content. Your work will be a mix of original stories and breaking news to serve our audiences in New Brunswick and beyond. This role requires full time on site presence. This is a full time temporary position until March 27, 2026. This position is based in Saint John.
