Collateral Partners seeks Sales Development Representatives to build an outbound engine in North America. You’ll initiate conversations with founders, CFOs and investment partners, turning them into qualified meetings for our Account Executives.

You’ll join as one of the first SDRs, learning from experienced sales leaders and growing as the team scales. This role focuses on research-driven outreach over volume dialing, targeting senior finance executives with credible, timely conversations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in outbound sales or business development preferred.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Remote work mindset and self-management.

Aufgaben

• Own outbound into defined sectors across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Cold call as part of daily rhythm with coaching to improve.
• Research accounts and act on buying signals to create conversations with CFOs/GPs.
• Qualify prospects by uncovering timing and decision-makers.
• Build a pipeline to meet monthly targets.
• Maintain momentum with deals and stakeholders alongside AE.
• Build personal presence on LinkedIn and share Collateral Partners’ perspective.
• Use CRM and sales tools and keep data accurate.
