Job summary

Readymode is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help account executives cultivate inbound leads and reach new prospects for our cloud-based platform. If you enjoy building relationships, researching markets, and thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this role is for you.

You will conduct outbound prospecting via video, phone, and email, use Salesforce and Salesloft to manage a growing pipeline, and aim to exceed KPI targets while working remotely from Vancouver or elsewhere in

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in SaaS preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of cloud-based products and technology.
• Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
• Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate inbound leads and educate prospects about Readymode offerings.
• Outbound prospecting via video, social media, phone, and email.
• Research and build your own pipeline of prospects.
• Leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn to engage with and manage prospects.
• Aim to meet or exceed KPI targets and collaborate with the sales team.
