Job summary

SOCi, a leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Canada. This SDR role partners with Account Executives to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities, with a clear path to AE roles and beyond.

The position offers hybrid work with required Vancouver office time and a base salary of CAD 50,000–60,000 plus bonuses/commission.

Qualifications

Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
Strong time management and ability to work independently or with coaching.
Excellent communication via phone and written forms; strong pipeline development.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for territories.
Blueprint key accounts in the territory with AE support.
Call into key accounts to set up discovery calls and demos.
Run discovery calls on accounts identified by AEs.
Follow up with AE to drive deals to next phase.
Identify expansion opportunities with largest customers.
Close transactional business for the AE team.
Assist with in-territory gifting programs and events.
Support pre- and post-conference outreach.
Source sales enablement collateral with AE and marketing teams.
