Job summary

AIR is seeking an entry-level SDR to assist the sales team in lead qualification and product sales. You will engage with potential clients, maintain CRM data, and support reporting during the training phase in a fully remote setup.

Grow into a sales manager role as you master lead qualification, outreach, and deal progression in a gradually expanding international market. Training includes learning the full sales cycle and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in SDR/sales roles.
• Experience working with ClickUp or similar tools.
• Experience working with CRM systems (such as HubSpot and similar).
• Experience working with spreadsheets and reporting.
• Understanding of cold outreach fundamentals.
• Ability to handle large amounts of information and routine tasks.
• English language level from B2 and higher.

Responsibilities

• Initial communication with company leads.
• Maintaining and updating all lead data in the CRM system.
• Generating reports on leads and the work process.
• Pre-moderation and pre-qualification of leads.
• Timely transfer of "warm" leads to sales closers.
• Re-processing/upselling of leads returned for further processing.
