Job summary

Encircle is seeking an Account Manager to drive renewal and expansion revenue across a portfolio of customers in a remote-first environment across Canada. You will partner with the Customer Success team and Revenue Leadership to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction through expert product demonstrations and strategic campaigns.

Qualifications

2+ years in a customer-facing role such as account executive or account manager.
Previous B2B SaaS experience.
Track record of YOY quota success.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.

Responsibilities

Manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution.
Own renewal processes, quotes, SF records, forecasting, and signatures.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Demonstrate Encircle to customers and upsell capabilities.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Revenue teams on value and opportunities.
Leverage platform data to run campaigns to generate new product pipeline.
Maintain relationships via phone and email; handle objections and discount requests.
Hit quota and contribute to growth.
