Job summary

A leading service provider in Canada is seeking a Housekeeper to ensure the cleanliness of facilities at a remote camp location. This role offers a 20 days on/10 days off schedule, and benefits including extended health coverage. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning procedures, and the ability to work independently. Safety sensitivity and various tests are required as part of the employment conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' janitorial and/or housekeeping experience.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment.
• Ability to obtain 80% or higher on the WHMIS test.

Responsibilities

• Clean 30 rooms per day and maintain overall cleanliness of facilities.
• Conduct full housekeeping services in guest rooms and hallways.
• Wash and sanitize bathrooms, windows, and mirrors.

Skills

Janitorial experience

Knowledge of cleaning procedures

Fluent in English

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
