Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an inside sales professional to drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing sources, primarily via phone and email. You will nurture leads through to qualification for Lightspeed’s inside sales team and create a world-class first impression for prospects and customers.

You'll identify customer needs to determine fit, manage multiple lead sources, log all communications in Salesforce, and work with the Sales Development Manager to grow

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with technology (software, mobile) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

• Qualify warm inbound leads from marketing sources via phone and email.
