Job description

Responsibilities

• Work on assigned leads, accounts, and prospect lists from internal databases, marketing-generated sources, event/conference leads, lapsed accounts, and outbound campaigns
• Execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and other approved channels
• Qualify leads based on ICP fit, engagement behavior, interest signals, and defined SQL criteria
• Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
• Update lead status, activity notes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM and sales engagement platforms
• Follow structured outreach cadences and handoff workflows
• Ensure suppression rules, opt-outs, competitor exclusions, and customer exclusions are followed
• Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach quality and conversion
• Share insights on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and messaging performance
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline contribution targets

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, lead generation, business development, or outbound
• Experience using CRM and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Apollo, SmartLead, 11x, or similar tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high-volume lead engagement in a structured environment
• Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
• Good understanding of lead qualification and handoff processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
