Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an energetic sales professional to own a field-based outbound pipeline in a defined market. From first touch to close, you’ll drive targeted outreach, discovery, and tailored demos to accelerate deals in a remote role based in British Columbia.

You’ll forecast accurately in Salesforce, manage a complex pipeline, and collaborate with SDRs and cross-functional teams to protect value and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading outbound sales motions and building pipeline.
• Ability to forecast and manage a mature sales funnel.
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own your pipeline end-to-end—from outreach to close.
• Drive outbound strategy into defined market segments with cadences.
• Lead high-impact discovery and product demos.
• Manage a complex sales pipeline using Salesforce with accurate forecasts.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities to focus on high-value deals.
• Partner with SDRs to convert outbound interest into opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine strategy and share insights.
• Navigate pricing and negotiations to protect value while closing deals.
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
