Job summary

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking an autonomous sales professional who owns the full sales cycle in a defined market segment. You will drive outbound initiatives, conduct consultative product demos, and manage a complex Salesforce-based pipeline to forecast and hit targets.

Own pricing discussions, collaborate with SDRs, and continually optimize your approach to close revenue while delivering value to SMBs and mid-market customers. This remote role is based in Canada with PST alignment.

• Own your pipeline end-to-end – from generating opportunities to closing and expanding deals.
• Drive outbound strategy into defined market segments with cadences.
• Lead discovery and product demos with consultative sessions.
• Manage a complex sales pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasts and targets.
• Qualify and prioritize opportunities using GTV, business model, and buy timeline.
• Partner with SDRs to convert outbound interest into qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine strategy and elevate team performance.
• Navigate pricing and negotiations to close deals while protecting value.
• Consistently exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
