• Experience analyzing and documenting user needs and requirements.
• Demonstrable skills in developing documentation for installation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and upgrade Cityworks and Esri technology.
• Assist with migration strategies for version upgrades.
• Provide demonstrations of Esri technology to clients.
