A leading financial services provider is seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Sales and Service Agent for a fully remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and fluency in English as well as either French or Spanish. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and promoting services while ensuring a high standard of service. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, sales, or call centre environment.
• Experience in a bilingual customer-facing role preferred.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both English and a second language.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and service concerns.
• Process sales transactions and promote additional services.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases.
