Qualifications

• Experience in agency account management (marketing, digital, creative or advertising).
• Proven track record of keeping clients and selling them more work with measurable results.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Retention across your book: manage relationships, renewals, and early drift warnings.
• Upsells and expansion: identify and close new projects within each client.
• Maintain a seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Collaborate with strategists and delivery teams to present one clear voice to clients.
