Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is a fully remote digital agency delivering paid media, SEO, CRO and web services for marketing-led brands. As Client Services Manager, you will own an established book of recurring agency clients and work with a team to retain and grow that roster.

You will drive renewals, upsells, and a seven-figure annual quota, coordinating with strategists and delivery teams to ensure a single, clear client voice.

Qualifications

• Agency account management experience is required.
• Must have a proven track record of keeping clients and selling more work, with measurable results.
• Comfort with carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

About The Role

What You Will Own

• Retention across your book: the relationship, the renewal and the early warning when an account is drifting.
• Upsells and expansion: finding the next project inside each client and selling it.
• A seven-figure annual quota across retention and upsells.
• Working with the strategists and delivery team who run the work, so the client hears one clear voice.

What You Need

• Agency account management experience. Marketing, digital, creative or advertising agency. This is a must.
• A record of keeping clients and selling them more work, with numbers you can walk us through.
• Comfort carrying a quota.
• Clear, calm communication with senior client stakeholders.

Base plus commission, split 50/50.
