We are seeking a Reliability Specialist to join our Service team. This role is ideal for a certified NDT technician who enjoys travel, embraces innovation, and is eager to contribute to cutting‑edge industrial maintenance solutions. You will perform advanced digital inspections using state‑of‑the‑art tools to assess gears, mill shells, and other critical components on Metso’s large variety of equipment.
In this position, you will report to Field Service Manager, Comminution.
This position is mainly located in Sudbury, ON but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. There will be 70% travel required for the role.
You will join a team of NDT experts and reliability engineers dedicated to ensuring the safety and efficiency of our mining operations. We are passionate about leveraging advanced non‑destructive testing techniques to maintain the integrity of our equipment and infrastructure.
We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as maintenance managers, operations teams, and safety officers, as well as external stakeholders, including third‑party inspection agencies and equipment manufacturers. Our team culture is all about collaboration, continuous improvement, and a commitment to safety. The members in our team are located in Kelowna, BC and Ontario.
