Job Description

RBC GAM Product Support and Communications team, primary function is to support and manage marketing production of regulatory and product marketing communications. This role is critical to ensuring the timeliness to market of our product and regulatory communications so that we may achieve our business objectives and meet the needs of our distribution channels. The successful individual should have a keen eye and attention to detail, as well as a strong client orientation are essential. This is a role that will be rewarding to someone who thrives in a team environment, has strong project management skills and can work in a fast‑paced environment. An interest in the investment industry and marketing communications would be an asset to this role.

What will you do?
  • Support production and distribution related to recurring product marketing materials for RBC GAM mutual funds and ETFs. This includes materials such as monthly fund updates, quarterly commentaries, fact sheets, and fund profiles.
  • Work with various internal teams and marketing automation tools (i.e. Seismic) to manage changes, QA for accuracy, review/editing and posting on required websites.
  • Support various internal stakeholders to facilitate French translation of materials with our external vendor.
  • Ensure product support materials are delivered within established timelines or regulatory deadlines.
  • Execute regular tasks related to updating and sustaining production of collateral that have been automated.
  • Continuously seek new ways to make our processes more efficient and cost effective by making proactive recommendations with regards to our processes.
