Job summary

A health-focused company based in Metro Vancouver is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator. This full-time role involves supporting compliance in the Food and Natural Health Product industry, managing documents, and assisting with the approval of printed materials. Candidates should have a background in food sciences, experience in Quality Assurance, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

  • QA with 1-2 years of experience shall be preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced communication skills. Must speak, read, write and interpret the meaning of the law in English.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
  • Good attendance and safety record.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and approval of Printed Materials (Eg. Labels, Marketing Materials, Procedures).
  • Support Raw Material verification.
  • Manage controlled documents and version histories.
  • Participate in Preventative and Corrective Action Plans.
  • Support special projects and Product launches.
  • Use online tools to support cross-functional teams.
  • Follow project management systems.
  • Complete Records and Logs.
  • Any other related duties as assigned.
